In Vaca Muerta, Argentina, fracking is having terrible impacts on the environment, the locals, and the Argentinian economy. The government has sold the project as beneficial for the country, but years later we still haven’t seen any real benefits to this out-dated and toxic process. We were tasked with informing people about the truth. That Vaca Muerta is baaaaaad.

Execution

We developed an online campaign with messaging explaining the damage that vaca muerta does to the environment. The campaign lived across social media, with a paid campaign, as well as google ads, an influencer campaign, and on the Periodistas Por El Planeta website. The response was incredible with 9M+ organic impressions and a positive shift in sentiment.
